Grunt

Description

Regardless of your profession, this is for certain; 10% of the workforce does 90% of the work. WE do the “grunt work”. The infantry, the foot soldier, the firefighter, the EMT, the dispatcher, the cop, we do most of the work, do we not? Of course we need officers and supervisors, but this cigar honors the grunts. The backbone of any organization. We support the front line members. Without you, we cease to exist.
